- When will my package arrive
From what the Dutch government post office says it should be between 4-12 days to ship to America, however after that it's your own rural postal office who handles the packages. So it could be that you will have to wait between 3 to 4 weeks in total to receive. Unfortunately we have no control of the packages after they have been send out.
- I'm having trouble with my order what can I do?
In case that you are experiencing any trouble with checking out your order or putting in your contact information you can always either send us a direct message on Instagram (@elinkyaa) or an e-mail to either elinkyaa.shop@hotmail.com. We will do our best to respond ASAP which usually happens between 24 hours.
- What are the shipping options?
You can choose between shipping within Europe or Worldwide shipping
- My order got lost, what now?
If you have chosen for the tracked shipping option we can offer you a giftcard or to resend it again. However, if you have chosen the postal stamp option we will not be able to compensate you for the lost order. The packages are out of our control once they are send out, so please be understanding and choose for the tracked shipping option especially when you order internationally.
- When will I receive my order?
Your order will be send out within a week. Depending on your rural post office it can take up to 16 days to arrive.
- What do I do if I never received my order or if I received a defective order?

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 7days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. You will be compensated with a store credit worth of your previous purchase.
